the story

This wine is made from a blend of grape varieties resulting from an extremely rigorous selection of noble grapes. Between October and November, we carry out up to 5 successive pickings to select the noblest fruit. This grain by grain picking ensures a wine of great richness (about 220 g of sugar per litre). This is followed by a long maturation period of 36 months in new barrels, confirming its uniqueness. 

Tasting note

The wine's sparkling golden colour offers up delicious scents of chestnut honey, quince and candied fruit. The palate is well balanced between sugar and acidity. It is a rare cuvée, to be shared during the holidays as an aperitif or at the end of a meal with loved ones.
