La Folie is unique, it is the result of a surprising blend of Atlantic Merlot and Mediterranean Syrah. The secret of its distinctive character lies in its rigorous elaboration in integral barrels. Its elegant and refined notes will seduce the most discerning palates.

In addition to our more traditional productions, we had this crasy idea or « the Folly » of producing a blend with two of our grape varieties, the Atlantic Merlot and the Mediterranean Syrah, following integral winemaking method. A very limited quantity of 1200 bottles dedicated to our passionate customers.
