Our cuvée “Le vin” is intended for those who are looking for a long-lasting, intense wine that fully expresses the delicate attention paid to the fruit in the vineyard. The exceptional qualities of this red wine from the AOP Côtes de Bergerac will surprise and delight wine experts.

the story

This red wine is made from a blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc and 30% Merlot from a delimitation of plots where these three grape varieties reach their full potential. The wine is aged for 18 to 24 months in new French oak barrels, bringing complexity and aromatic power.

Tasting note

"Le Vin" has a beautiful deep and intense red colour. It exhales a powerful bouquet of black fruits dominated by blackcurrant and completed by notes of vanilla and tobacco. A subtle freshness and a long finish wrapped in remarkably fine tannins give this wine a great elegance. We recommend decanting it for an hour before pouring. Ready to be enjoyed now, it can be aged for 8-10 years.
