Our Grand Vin des Verdots range is designed for wine lovers and epicureans. It will delight the most experienced taste buds. These are cuvées for ageing, proud representatives of our exceptional terroir.

AOP Bergerac Sec – For boxes and wooden crates of 6 and 12 bottles, the unit cost per bottle is 22€.

Grapes: 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Sauvignon Gris, 15% Semillon, 5% Muscadelle

Story

Our Grand Vin Blanc is made from the oldest vines on the estate, grown on the limestone soils of Issigeac. To make this wine exceptional, we harvest and select our grapes directly on the vine. This wine gets its substance and richness from its maturation and its 12 months ageing on lees in new barrels..

Tasting note

In its youth, Grand Vin Blanc has a light yellow colour which then turns golden yellow when mature. The nose is greedy and complex with notes of exotic fruits. Its unctuous and powerful mouth offers some delicate woody notes and a finish with beautiful aromatic persistence. You can keep it for up to 5 years and enjoy it with dishes in sauce, white meat, fish or mature cheeses.
