N°1 Saint–Cernin AOP Limoux Blanc, a remarkable white for people who want more. No ordinary Chardonnay, N°1 Saint-Cernin Blanc is made from grapes sourced from the Haute Vallée de Limoux terroir, in the foothills of the Pyrenees in southwestern France.

No ordinary Chardonnay, N°1 Saint–Cernin Blanc is crafted with grapes from Limoux terroir in the foothills of the Pyrénées, at the crossroads of Mediterranean and Oceanic influences. Maison Wessman is committed to giving the fullest expression to this high potential terroir by respecting the highest standards at every step of the growing and production processes. Perfectly balanced, tasty and fat with incredible length on the mouth, this superb white will surprise and enchant even the most discerning connoisseur.

Tasting note

N°1 Saint-Cernin Blanc has a pale yellow and brilliant robe with golden highlights. Matured in oak barrels, this wine offers a very fine, slightly baked nose with ample buttery notes. The expression of white- skinned fruit, peach or apricot, and a hint of wood, complete this rich palette. The mouth, round and generous, opens with aromas of hazelnut, leading through to a finish with nice tension and a pleasant and surprising salinity. Ready to be savoured now, it can also be left to age for 3 to 4 years. We recommend decanting it before serving.
