The Petit Cernin Bubbles adventure represents a new wine journey in the Limoux region. Since the 2017 vintage, we’ve been making cuvées exclusively composed of still Chardonnay-based wines. Today, our estate has expanded to include grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Chenin, Mauzac and Pinot Noir, used to make Bubbles.

So we’re launching our first Crémant de Limoux, showcasing this high-altitude terroir at the foot of the Pyrenees.

Tasting note

Ce vin offre une robe jaune pâle aux reflets verts, les bulles sont fines et élégantes. Le nez est frais avec un fin mélange d’arômes de fleurs blanches, de fruits à chair blanche comme la pêche, et d’agrumes. Le vin s’ouvre ensuite sur des notes de noisette pour finir sur un toasté subtil. Après une attaque franche et vive en bouche, la bulle est agréable, fine et persistante. Le vin est puissant et équilibré; des notes de toastées se détachent.
